How does the culture of an organization affect the behavior of individuals, groups and the company as a whole? Use the conceptual framework for understanding the organizational cultural in the text, but incorporate “real life” examples of how it work. Look up companies that discuss their culture; or have problems in performance which can be tied to how the employees act within the culture. Example, Uber’s culture was controlled by the founder and did not exhibit a good sense of ethics and respect for workers. The Board of Directors/investors removed the founder from the company and brought in someone who has the understanding of how a successful CEO will act in a new high tech company.
